The Future Leaders Committee is dedicated to presenting educational programming from expert insurance and reinsurance practitioners on topics of significant interest to all of us in the industry. 

This fall, our panel of experts will examine a trio of seminal decisions over the past year, including the Illinois Supreme Court Griffith Foods Ethyl-Oxide and Delaware state court Meta Platforms social media duty to defend decisions, and how the landscape surrounding emerging risks has changed, as well as what lies in store ahead.

The presentation will take at Troutman Pepper Locke LLP’s NYC office and will be followed by a networking reception.
